Buddy

Meet Buddy! This handsome 5-year-old American Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd mix is a true gem. Buddy came to us through a dog trainer and a prison program where he's been thriving. He's learning so much, including great housetraining and obedience skills. The inmate trainer describes Buddy as a happy, very sweet, and loyal friend. He's athletic and fun-loving, but he could use a little more exercise as he's currently working on weight loss and training. At about 35 lbs, Buddy is ready to find his forever home.

Buddy would love a home where he can get plenty of exercise and continue his training journey.

Ongoing Health

Buddy is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Buddy is making excellent progress with housetraining and obedience at the prison program. He's also described as being wonderful with other dogs.
