Chook AKA Chaz JuM

Hey there, my name is Chook, or Chaz JuM if you want to get fancy! I'm a charming Bully Breed mix with a beautiful, soft red coat and ears that are just a little bit quirky. I'm a petite girl, weighing in at about 42 pounds. My foster parents are dog trainers, and they've been teaching me so many cool things! I know "sit," "down," and my favorite is "Place!" I'm also getting really good at responding to leash guidance. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I'm comfortable, I'm a playful and energetic pup who loves to zoom around the backyard like a silly goose!

Ideal Home

I'd do best in a home with older teens, but I absolutely need to be in a home without young children. My play style can be a bit mouthy with my humans, so an adult-only or teen-only household is perfect for me. I'm also very dog-social and would love to live with other dogs, though I can be a little pushy sometimes. My foster parents say I'm easily corrected, though! I haven't been tested with cats.

Training & Support

I've got some great foundation obedience skills thanks to my foster parents. I can be a bit shy at first and I have a mouthy play style, so patience and understanding as I get to know you will be key!
