Max - Urgent

Max is a 3-year-old German Shepherd who is a fully trained and gentle soul. He spent a significant portion of his life at the West Valley shelter, where sadly, he was facing euthanasia. Fortunately, dedicated volunteers stepped in and found him a temporary foster home just in the nick of time! Max is an adorable boy who truly deserves a second chance at a loving forever home. His journey from a scared and aloof dog to a sweet, friendly, playful, and happy companion has been magnificent. He's ready to trade his kennel for a cozy couch.

Ideal Home

Max is a large, high-energy dog who would thrive in an active household. While he has been around teenage volunteers and adored them, his interactions with younger children haven't been observed.

Ongoing Health

Max is healthy and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Max is fully trained and knows some commands. He is social with people and does well with other dogs. He particularly loves playing in the kiddie pool!
