Benny

Benny is a 6-year-old, 45 lb bundle of joy who was born into rescue with his mom and siblings. He was adopted as a puppy but recently returned due to his owner moving. Benny is a very sweet and sensitive soul who bonds quickly with his people. He's a mix of German Wirehaired Pointer, American Pit Bull Terrier, and some supermutt, with one of his littermates DNA tested at 50% GWP, 38% APBT, and 12% supermutt. Benny loves kids and would be thrilled to be your adventure buddy! He currently lives with another male dog his size and does well.

Ideal Home

Benny would be a fantastic companion for an active individual or family. He would thrive in a home by himself or with another playful dog his size. However, Benny needs a home without cats or small dogs.

Ongoing Health

Benny is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and will be kept on heartworm prevention. He will also come with a Seresto collar.

Training & Support

Benny is house-trained and eager to please. His sensitive nature means he bonds quickly, so consistent positive reinforcement will help him continue to thrive.
