Meet Lady – A Sweet, Sensitive Soul Looking for Her Special Person

Lady is a beautiful, soulful pup who has spent the last 8 years being deeply loved. She was rescued as a tiny puppy and has grown into a gentle, quirky companion with a heart full of loyalty. Unfortunately, due to life changes, her current guardian is heartbroken to share that Lady needs a new home. Lady is a unique girl with a very tender spirit. She’s always been on the timid side and tends to be cautious with new people and situations. She needs a calm, patient adopter who understands sensitive dogs and will give her time to adjust and feel safe. Once she trusts you, her quiet devotion shines through.

Ideal Home

Lady is best as an only dog or with another calm dog, as too much activity or stimulation overwhelms her. She prefers calm households and would thrive best in an adult-only or low-chaos environment. She would love a quiet backyard where she can sniff around and enjoy the sunshine.

Ongoing Health

Lady is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Lady is house-trained and well-mannered indoors. As part Catahoula, she may try to "herd" when overstimulated, occasionally with a gentle nip (she has never bitten). She needs an adopter who understands sensitive dogs and will give her time to adjust and feel safe.

Transporation

Lady is currently in Utah but her guardian is willing to drive her back to California to ensure she lands in a safe and loving home.
