Dewey

Dewey is a 4.5 month old, 25 lb male Blue Heeler/Coonhound mix with adorable ears and a sweet, affectionate personality. He was unfortunately abandoned but has since found a foster home where he is learning and thriving. Dewey is crate and potty trained, enjoys playing with other pets, and loves to give little kisses. He's a smart pup who is picking up on training quickly, though he's still learning what's a toy and what's a shoe. While generally brave, he can be startled by loud noises.

Ideal Home

Dewey would do well in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can explore and use his nose. He needs a family with a reasonable activity level to help him burn off his puppy energy, followed by plenty of snuggle time.

Ongoing Health

Dewey will be neutered prior to transport.

Training & Support

Dewey is still learning about appropriate chewing habits and leash manners. He's a smart puppy who learns quickly with consistent guidance.

Dewey is currently located in South Texas. He can be transported to his new home in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and other states on the East and West Coast.
