About Louie

Louie is a handsome German Shepherd/Labrador mix who is approximately 6 years old. He came to us through a wonderful dog trainer and a prison program. Louie was in a high-kill shelter, but this sweet boy was given a new start on life and has been doing great in his program. He's learning housetraining and obedience, and he's wonderful with the other dogs there. The inmate trainer describes Louie as a happy, very sweet dog. He's a loyal friend who is athletic and fun!
