Patty

Hi there! I'm Patty, a sweet, curious, and energetic puppy with a heart-shaped nose and a personality as big as Texas! While I might be a little shy and timid when we first meet, I warm up quickly and love to snuggle in a cozy blanket, especially since I'm still getting used to the colder weather. I sleep quietly in my kennel at night and I'm making great progress with potty training, especially with frequent potty breaks. I'm eager to learn and would love someone to teach me how to be polite and master this leash-walking thing. Treats are a great motivator, and I really want to do the right thing! As a playful puppy, I enjoy chewing on bones and toys. My foster mom says I'm still learning not to jump up, but I'm trying to learn manners. I absolutely adore people of all ages, and I've gotten along well with the cat in my foster home and other dogs, learning from them and enjoying playtime in the yard. I'm looking for someone who can see past my initial shyness and recognize the amazing pup I am.

Ideal Home

Someone who can teach me manners, take me on long walks, and cuddle with me. I love everyone and have been around people of all ages, including children. I've also had positive interactions with cats and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

I am missing part of my tail, but it doesn't affect my personality or zest for life!

Training & Support

I am still working on potty training and leash walking. I am also learning not to jump up, as I get excited when I greet people. I respond well to treats and positive reinforcement.
