Pickle (Sacramento)

Pickle is a shy, sweet girl with beautiful black and white markings, soulful eyes, and lovely ears. Her short legs and floppy ears suggest she might be a Basset Hound mix, but whatever her background, she's an agile jumper who can easily clear a baby gate! Pickle was an unclaimed stray and is estimated to be around 3 years old. She's spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.

Pickle has a sweet disposition and, after an initial adjustment period of about 30 minutes, she happily plays with other dogs. She seems to do best with dogs her own size or smaller, adores other Basset Hounds, and is indifferent to cats. Pickle seems to prefer women over men and her reaction to children is currently unknown. She's a well-behaved car traveler and is comfortable in public places.
