Phantom is playful, though he can be a little reserved when he's unsure of a situation. He has a lot of love to give and is hoping to find a loving home where he can settle in and thrive.

Ideal Home

Phantom would do best in a quiet home where he can receive plenty of attention and slowly learn to trust his new owners. He enjoys playing with other dogs and shows polite behavior when meeting them, so he'd likely enjoy having some doggy friends in his new home. We would be overjoyed if he could be reunited with his sister, as they've overcome so much together.
