Nala

Meet Nala! This tiny Dane packs a big, beautiful personality into a smaller frame, and she's blossoming into a confident and playful girl. Though she's on the smaller side for her breed, she more than makes up for it with her affection, endearing quirks, and a heart full of love. Nala has come a long way and is ready to find her forever home!

Ideal Home

Nala would do best in a home with a patient and loving adopter who understands confidence-building. She might prefer to be the only dog, or she could do well with a resident dog who is easygoing and non-dominant, as she has settled into a bit of an alpha role in her foster home. She'll thrive with someone emotionally attuned who enjoys play but also appreciates a big cuddle bug.

Ongoing Health

Nala is a healthy pup with no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Nala is still learning her basic commands and can be selective about listening, but she is smart and motivated by bonding with her people. With consistent guidance and positive reinforcement, she will continue to grow into her best self. She is completely accident-free, not much of a counter-surfer, and does well on leash and car rides. She has been left uncrated with another dog for long stretches and is respectful in the home.
