Chucky

Meet Chucky, a 4-year-old, 77-pound Staffy mix with the most squeezable cheeks you'll ever encounter! Chucky is a gentle giant who believes he's still a tiny pup, and his favorite activity is snuggling up close, preferably on your lap. He's a laid-back soul who enjoys leisurely walks, playing with toys, and simply lounging on the couch. Chucky thrives on love and security and is eager to offer his unwavering loyalty to a loving family.

Ideal Home

Chucky would do best in a home with a yard for his sniffing adventures and would love a family with older children (10 years and up) to ensure the best fit. He also prefers to be the only male dog in the home, as he gets along famously with smaller female dogs. While he can be a bit of a mama's boy and might get jealous of attention, he generally prefers a calm environment.

Training & Support

Chucky is a pro at "sit" and "stay" and is working on his impulse control around small critters. He is crate-trained but prefers a cozy corner with a baby gate. He is making great progress with a consistent routine that helps him feel secure and comfortable.
