EMERGENCY - OUT OF TIME. Good boy Cornelius thought he was going home

My name is Cornelius, and I'm a 4-year-old, 54-pound black and white Shepherd mix who thought I was finally going home. Someone found me and brought me to a place full of other scared dogs, and I've been waiting for my family for three long months. Now, I'm facing a deadline, and I'm hoping you can give me the happy ending I deserve. I can be a little shy, but I absolutely love ear rubs and seem to do best with calmer dogs. I had good temperament test results with a male husky, a male shepherd, and a female German shepherd mix.
