Greta is a delightful 2-year-old girl, weighing less than 45 pounds, who is ready to bring endless joy to her new family! She's a happy-go-lucky pup with a heart full of love for people. Greta is incredibly silly, funny, and sweet, truly a good girl through and through. She's currently in training and is learning commands like 'sit', 'down', 'place', 'stay', 'touch', 'leave it', and loose-leash walking. Greta is also dog-friendly with canines her size or larger and would appreciate a playful, non-dominant companion.
Ideal Home
Greta would thrive in a home that can offer her a playful companion, preferably a dog her size or larger who is not dominant. Due to her tendency to resource guard food and toys with other dogs (she does not do this with people), it's recommended that she be fed and given toys separately, and not while she is interacting with other dogs.

Greta is actively working on her training, including commands like 'sit', 'down', 'place', 'stay', 'touch', 'leave it', and loose-leash walking. She has a mild resource guarding tendency with food and toys when around other dogs, so separate feeding and toy time are recommended.

Transporation
Greta is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. An adoption interview/meet and greet will occur on a video call.
