Ellie Mae

Ellie Mae is a super sweet girl who enjoys a good cuddle but isn't overly needy. She's done wonderfully with her foster mom's other dogs and cats, even learning quickly that chasing the cats wasn't okay! She's very food-driven but not at all food aggressive. Ellie Mae is a goofy girl who loves to play and often rests in funny positions. She's potty trained, though she had some accidents when on steroids, which may be a lifelong treatment for her. She's good in the car and is getting better on a leash, though an anti-pull harness or gentle leader is recommended due to her strength. She does need some work on not trying to slip out the door when it's opened. Ellie Mae is gentle with kids, cats, and other dogs and will make a fantastic companion. Her unique ears, one standing straight up and the other floppy, add to her charm!
