Kassy is a beautiful 1.5-year-old, 67-pound girl who is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for. After being found in a backyard while caring for her puppies, Kassy has embraced her second chance and has blossomed into an incredibly loving, easygoing companion. She's the definition of calm, affectionate, and adaptable, happiest simply being near her people. Kassy quietly sits nearby, patiently waiting for pets or cuddles, and lovingly follows her fosters from room to room without ever being demanding. Her days are wonderfully simple: breakfast, lounging, playtime, dinner, enjoying a Benebone, and then sleeping soundly on a dog bed beside her foster's bed.
Ideal Home
Kassy would thrive in many different types of homes thanks to her adaptable personality. She would especially love an active family with a fenced yard where she can stretch her legs and play. Because she's a larger girl who sometimes forgets just how big she is when she's showering her people with affection, a home without very young children may be the best fit.

Training & Support
Kassy is fully potty trained, crate trained, and has wonderful house manners. She has a moderate energy level, making her the perfect balance of playful and relaxed. She enjoys daily walks and has proven to be an excellent walking companion with great leash manners. Kassy rarely barks and is perfectly content lounging, relaxing, or enjoying a good chew. She absolutely loves other dogs and has a wonderfully polite play style, understanding social cues and giving other dogs space when needed.
