Momo Sugar is a pittie mix, approximately 2 years old and weighing 37 lbs. With his long body, short legs, bouncy ears, adorable nose, and perfectly curled tail, he's a delightful mystery! He loves to toss his toys and catch them, showing off his impressive self-entertainment skills. But don't let his playful energy fool you; once he's had his fun, he's all about lounging and hanging out with his people, soaking up those family vibes.

Momo is currently thriving in a busy foster home with dogs of all ages and sizes, including his best friend, a tiny Chihuahua! They love to wrestle, snuggle, and simply enjoy each other's company. Momo makes doggy friends easily and truly relishes having canine companions to romp with. He's not all play, though; after a good play session or a game of fetch, he's perfectly content to relax and nap. Momo has also been wonderful with children aged 7-10, including an autistic child, and plays with enthusiasm. He particularly enjoys playing fetch with older kids who are steady on their feet.

Momo is a smart cookie and already knows commands like "sit." He'd love to join you on daily walks to explore the world. He's also crate-trained, potty-trained, and exhibits wonderful house manners. As a fantastic shotgun rider, the possibilities for adventure are endless! He often joins his foster family on trips to the dog park, where he showcases his fetch skills.

Ideal Home

Momo enjoys having canine companions and thrives in a home with other dogs. He also does great with older children.

Ongoing Health

All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip.

Training & Support

Momo is crate-trained, potty-trained, and knows basic commands like "sit."

Transportation

Momo is located in Texas. Our rescue provides transport across the US to various states, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT. Transport is available via USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. An additional $87 surcharge for transport applies due to rising fuel costs.
