His favorite place is wherever you are, whether you're relaxing on the couch, working around the house, or heading out for a drive. He's the ultimate little shadow and proudly claims the title of Passenger Prince! He's sweet, gentle, and incredibly easy to care for. Papa loves soft treats and never says no to a good meal. He does best with free roam of the house, as he isn't a fan of being crated. He is great with dogs of all sizes, cats, and children. Papa is low-energy and happy to spend his day napping, cuddling, and simply enjoying your company. If you're looking for a mature, loving best friend who asks for very little but gives so much in return, Papa is your guy. He may be a senior, but his heart is full of love, and he's ready to spend his golden years making someone very lucky feel loved every single day.
Ideal Home
Papa would love a home where he can freely roam, as he is not a fan of crates. He is great with dogs of all sizes, cats, and children.
Ongoing Health
This animal is part of our "Seniors for Seniors" program, offering eligible senior pets at a discounted fee to senior adopters. Adopting a senior dog is like getting a vintage car – it comes with character, a few extra quirks, and might need a bit more maintenance. Expect occasional tune-ups at the vet for "oil changes" (aka meds), and embrace the fact that those "normal lumps and bumps" are just part of the well-earned charm package! We will share all known health information and recommendations to keep your senior dog in top shape.
