Duri

Duri is a sweet girl with a heart full of love to give, despite a difficult past. She was found with her brother, Jack, and lived a life on the run, facing attacks from other dogs, which understandably left her in survival mode. Since her rescue, Duri has completed heartworm treatment and undergone an intensive rehabilitation program. She is now learning what happiness feels like with soft beds, gentle hands, and room to breathe and be loved. Duri adores people, but her past has left her with deep scars, and she still struggles to feel safe around other dogs. This isn't aggression; it's fear that she is slowly learning to overcome.

Ideal Home

Duri would thrive in a home filled with patience, compassion, and a big heart. Given her past experiences, she needs a home without other dogs and where children are not present.

Ongoing Health

Duri has completed her heartworm treatment.

Training & Support

Duri is learning to overcome her fear of other dogs and needs a patient adopter to continue supporting her progress.
