About Snowy

Snowy is a busy, extroverted guy with a contagious cheerful outlook! He is a Lab, Husky, and Beagle mix born in rescue on March 14. He loves meeting new friends, whether they have 2 or 4 legs, and would be in heaven to join his family on any beach or boating adventure. Trust us when we say he brightens each day and brings lots of laughter wherever he goes!

Snowy has a great head start and is ready for a fun life. He's met kids and spent lots of time with cats and several other dogs. He's great in the car, crates nicely, and is mastering potty training. He is ready to find a family that enjoys doing all the things and wants to incorporate him right in the middle. Snowy currently weighs about 21 lbs and will be the perfect size for anything: road trips, hiking or camping, or backyard BBQs. His fosters are working with him on basic obedience commands and promise he will be the star pupil in his class. He's working on walking nicely on leash, seeing new sights and sounds, and experiencing the world. Ongoing socialization will ensure he can lead the life he was meant to.

Ideal Home

The best fit for Snowy is an active family who sees a dog as a 4-legged extension of the family. His ideal home has another fun-loving pup for him to pal around with, and they have a safely fenced space for playtime. Children old enough to understand how to redirect his puppy teeth are a good fit.

Ongoing Health

Snowy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He will be neutered and microchipped at the age of roughly 6 months. The cost of this procedure is included in his adoption fee. They are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
