Apollo Handsome, Loving, Cuddles. Good w/Dogs

Apollo is a handsome, 1.5-year-old, 55-pound Hound/Pit Bull mix with striking white and black markings. He's a wonderful mix of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. Apollo's whole body wiggles with excitement, especially his adorable backside, and he adores his humans, wanting to be as close to them as possible, even sleeping right beside them. His favorite things include toys, which he proudly carries and then stashes in his crate, and playing tug-of-war (he especially loves it when you let him win sometimes!). He also has a blast splashing and playing in water. Apollo is a smart cookie who already knows "sit," "down," "leave it," and "come." He's house-trained and crate-trained, settling in nicely for bedtime, especially with his favorite nightly treat.

Ideal Home

Apollo would do well in a home with children and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Apollo is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. He will see a vet for a final inspection before he travels to his new home.

Training & Support

Apollo is still working on his leash manners and can pull during walks, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to improve. He is highly treat-motivated, which makes him fun to train and eager to learn when snacks are involved!
