Meet Maxwell, a delightful approximately 4-year-old Beagle with a spirit as swift as the wind! Maxwell is a playful pup who enjoys a good romp. He has a bit of a history of being skittish and has a unique past. Maxwell was hit by a car and now has a rod in his back leg, which has healed well. He's also had a couple of adventurous escapes in the past, so he's looking for a home where he can be safe and secure.

Ideal Home

Maxwell needs a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore. Because he is skittish and has a history of running, he will need constant supervision when he's outdoors.

Ongoing Health

Maxwell has a rod in his back leg from a past injury. He has fully recovered from this incident.

Maxwell is very skittish and has a history of running off. He will need a patient and understanding adopter who can help him build confidence and trust. He is described as playful and he is good with other dogs.
