Meet Iris! This 5-month-old Staffy/Lab mix is a chocolate-colored bundle of pure affection, ready to shower you with kisses. She has the sweetest puppy-dog eyes and a charmingly pouty expression that belies her incredibly happy-go-lucky nature. Iris believes her main job in life is to spread love and happiness to everyone she meets, including people, dogs, and even cats! She's a natural-born cuddler who loves to be close to her favorite humans, convinced she's a perfect lap dog, no matter her size. Iris also has a knack for making friends with other dogs, enjoying playful romps and gentle cuddles. She's a soft-hearted girl who gets so excited to meet new people that she sometimes pees out of sheer happiness and can be a bit shy, approaching the world with a sweet and gentle nature.
Ideal Home
Iris would thrive in a home that appreciates a deeply affectionate and people-oriented puppy. She's active enough for fun adventures but would equally love to curl up next to you for endless cuddles. While she's done well with cats under supervision, she would do best with dog-savvy cats who understand a curious puppy.

- The adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!)

Transporation
Iris is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. We have drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
