Hi there! I’m Rue, a spunky pup with a heart full of love and the cutest white booties you’ve ever seen. I adore exploring new things, making new friends, and wagging my tail with excitement at every new adventure. I’m a bit too young to be spayed and neutered just yet, but I’m available for a Foster-to-Adopt program while I wait for my surgery, so you can start falling in love with me right away!

Rue loves exploring and making friends, so a home where she can satisfy her curiosity and enjoy social interactions would be wonderful.

Rue is located at the SPCA of Texas, 2400 Lone Star Drive, Dallas, TX 75212. You can visit her any day between 12 PM and 6 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary.
