Meet Rex, a handsome four-year-old silver-gray Pitty/Staffy mix with the softest face, sweetest eyes, and a charming tuxedo-like white chest spot. Rex is a gentle giant who approaches life with an easy, joyful attitude. He's a "big soft house hippo who knows how to chill," always happy and truly goes with the flow. He loves affection and is perfectly content entertaining himself with his favorite toys, going for walks, or simply relaxing nearby. Rex is fully potty trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to any home. He walks nicely on leash and is very treat-motivated and eager to please.
Ideal Home
Rex is incredibly gentle with small children and patient, making him a fantastic companion for families. He also does wonderfully with other dogs of all shapes and sizes and tends to keep to himself once introductions are made. He would be happy as a solo dog, or with a medium to low-energy, respectful canine companion. While he hasn't been fully introduced to cats, further testing can be arranged if he seems like the right fit. Rex is also very apartment friendly, being quiet, gentle, and low-key.

Rex is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.

Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and access to a private Facebook event page for adopters. A surcharge of $87 applies due to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
