Zeus Buddy Your Easy Going Best Friend

Zeus Buddy is the epitome of a loving and easy-going companion! This approximately 5-year-old, 62lb Lab/Pittie mix is a true "go with the flow" kind of guy. He's happy to join you for a lazy day on the couch, sleep in on a weekend morning, or hop in the car for an adventure. Zeus thrives on love and simply wants to be cherished. He forms deep, genuine connections and will quickly become your shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your favorite part of coming home. His affection is sweet, quiet, and incredibly content, simply happy to be by your side.

Ideal Home

Zeus would thrive in a home where someone is often present, whether working from home or a stay-at-home parent. He loves human interaction and snuggling! He can also do well if you work longer hours outside the home. He would do best with a calm, low-to-medium energy female dog who enjoys relaxing and occasional play. He does not require a canine companion to feel comfortable. Zeus would be happiest as your one and only, but is open to sharing the spotlight with a suitable furry friend. He should not be in a home with cats.

Zeus is a rescue and his exact breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Zeus knows basic commands like "sit" and walks nicely on a leash. He is crate trained and potty trained and has wonderful manners, trusted to be left unattended. He adjusts well to stairs and is expected to adapt to other environments with ease.

Transportation

Zeus is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
