Cooper

Cooper was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana. He was found as a stray and brought to the shelter by animal control. His time was up, and no one came for him, but now he's happily in Maine looking for his perfect forever home! Cooper is a senior dog but doesn't act like one at all; he's very healthy and alert.

Ideal Home

Cooper would thrive in a home where someone is home most of the time, perhaps someone who works from home. He needs someone who will walk him daily. He is not suited for apartment living and must have a non-smoking home.

Ongoing Health

Cooper has been neutered, is potty trained, and is up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Cooper is a bit of an escape artist, so secure containment will be important. He is good with other dogs.
