Annie in Texarkana TX

Annie is a sweet, 2-year-old, 36-pound tan and white mixed breed who was surrendered by her owner. Even though she's a bit unsure about her current situation, Annie remains incredibly sweet and is ready to find her forever home! She's people and dog-friendly, with only a mild curiosity towards cats. Annie is on the larger side, so she'd do best with dogs her size or larger who can keep up with her playful energy. She's already potty and kennel trained, and she knows her name and the "sit" command. Annie is eager to learn more and would thrive with continued training and positive reinforcement.

Ideal Home

Annie would do best in a home with a fenced backyard where she can play and explore safely. She also needs a canine friend to share her adventures with.

Ongoing Health

Annie is spayed, vaccinated (including rabies), and heartworm negative. She is currently on monthly heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Annie can pull strongly on the leash and is easily spooked by passing cars. With some consistent leash training and desensitization, she can overcome these challenges. Her eagerness to learn means she'll excel with further training.
