Ruskin

Ruskin is a 2-year-old, 51-pound bundle of joy looking for his forever family! He's an adaptable, playful, affectionate, energetic, and goofy boy who is guaranteed to bring smiles and snuggles into your life. Ruskin is a master of belly rubs and loves nothing more than to flop onto his back and ask for some love. He's always up for a game of fetch or a good cuddle session on the couch after a fun-filled day.

Ideal Home

Ruskin would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and playtime. He enjoys the company of other dogs and has lived happily with a resident dog in his foster home, showing he can play respectfully and understand canine communication.

Training & Support

Ruskin is house-trained and signals when he needs to go outside. He is also crate-trained for daytime when home alone and is learning to settle in his crate overnight. He's a bright boy who learns quickly and responds wonderfully to praise and affection. He knows his name and understands commands like "potty" and "good boy," which always make him light up. Ruskin also enjoys enrichment toys and is working on his leash manners when greeting other dogs.
