Nell is a 5-year-old, neutered male Pitbull mix who weighs around 58 pounds. He's an easygoing best friend who loves both playtime and cuddle time, making him a perfect match for many homes! Nell was found tied in a backyard and brought to a county shelter in Houston, Texas, where he was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, he's now in a foster home and is ready to find his forever family!
Nell has effortlessly settled into his foster home and has become everyone's favorite laid-back companion. He enjoys playing with other dogs, from tiny pups to larger adults, and is happy to relax beside them after playtime. Nell is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to his humans. He has been wonderful with children and greets new people with a wagging tail, remaining calm and friendly. He will alert you if someone is outside, but he's quick to offer smiles once they're introduced. Nell is fully house-trained and has impeccable crate manners, resting quietly and sleeping through the night. He also rides beautifully in the car.

Nell is a strong boy on leash and would benefit from continued leash training. Otherwise, he's an incredibly easy dog to live with – smart, playful, affectionate, independent when needed, and always ready to soak up attention.
