July was found the day after the 4th of July and we've affectionately nicknamed her Julie, though her name is officially July. She was found dirty and exhausted with no chip or tags, and her owner was never found. July is a sweet diva who adores people but can be a bit particular with other dogs. All seniors deserve the best and a loving home, and July is no exception. She might even do well in a permanent foster situation.

Ongoing Health

July has chronic dry eye in her right eye, which requires daily drops and cleaning with a warm washcloth. She also has a stage 3 heart condition (out of stage 6) and will be seeing a cardiologist. Additionally, she has an unspecified gallbladder issue that will be addressed by an internal specialist. These appointments are scheduled for August and will require travel to Irvine.

Training & Support

July is house-trained. Her need for a home that can manage her ongoing health conditions is the primary support she'll require.
