Meet Rover Journey! This adorable pup is approximately 2 months old and weighs about 8.2 pounds. We suspect he's a Pit Bull/Lab mix, but with rescue, it's always a best guess! Rover is a happy, playful, affectionate, curious, and cuddly puppy who is already showing signs of being a well-rounded dog. He looks dapper in his tuxedo-like markings with a sleek black coat, a charming white chest, and tiny white socks. His sweet face and soulful eyes are sure to steal your heart.
Rover adores people and loves to shower his humans with puppy kisses. When he's not cuddling, he's likely engaged in a fun game of tug-of-war with his toys or his puppy siblings. He also enjoys wrestling and romping with his littermates before settling down for a nap.
Ideal Home
Rover will need a family committed to training, socialization, routine, and lots of patience as he learns about the world. Establishing structure, boundaries, and positive experiences early on is key to helping him grow into the amazing adult dog he's showing promise to be.

Rover is a healthy puppy. His adoption fee includes all necessary vetting.
Training & Support
Like all young puppies, Rover is still learning. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately upon arrival home, which will aid in potty training, confidence building, and developing healthy habits.

Transporation
Rover is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
