Fern

Fern is a sweet 1.5-year-old girl who weighs 27 pounds, making her the perfect medium-sized companion. She can be a little shy at first, but with each day, she’s growing braver and her gentle personality is starting to shine through. Fern is the type of dog who simply needs a bit of time and patience to feel safe. Once she settles in, she’ll be happy to spend time with her people, enjoying the simple pleasures of life, like relaxing nearby, exploring the yard, and following her canine friends around.

Ideal Home

Fern would thrive in a home with another young, confident dog who can help her learn the ropes and feel secure. A dog buddy really helps her to come out of her shell. As she is still building her confidence, Fern would do best in a home with respectful children ages 11 and up who understand that she may need a little time to warm up.

Ongoing Health

Fern is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

While Fern is still gaining confidence, with patience and love, she will blossom into a wonderful and loyal friend.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt.
• Our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. We will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pets are up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives, and examined annually by your vet.
• The adoption fee is $375.00.
