Please meet sweet Tooney. Yes, this is a very unique name, but she's a unique girl! The first thing you notice about this beauty is her enthusiasm and willingness to be your new best friend. The second thing you'll discover is just how loving and affectionate she is. She has no space requirements and loves nothing more than to cuddle up to you and try and fit in your lap! This sweet, mild-mannered, tender-hearted gal is delightful. She is a nice, quiet, gentle gal. She's so special and well-behaved.

We adore that she's always happy and joyful, especially when she is around people. Her tail is always wagging, and she smiles. She's friendly, social, tolerant, and easy-going. She's very smart and will sit for treats and give you her paw before you even ask her to. She leashes up easily and has a leisurely, relaxed walk. She's a good combination of playful mixed with couch potato. She is potty trained and loves chewing on toys. She gives out amazing kisses.

Ideal Home

Tooney is an assertive female dog and prefers to be the only female dog in the household. She has gotten along with smaller male dogs. She would be a wonderful companion for someone who can spend time spoiling her and with someone who is willing to give her the soft and easy retirement life she is meant to have.

Ongoing Health

Tooney has some arthritis so she likes taking things slow.

Training & Support

Tooney is potty trained and leashes up easily. She loves chewing on toys and needs sturdy ones because she can't resist the stuffing and squeakers in soft plushy ones. Mayday will be happy to assist with intros of other family pets.
