Adorable little TY was picked up as a stray along with who we assume is his litter mate, Sam. He is estimated to be 1 to 2 years old. TY has the absolute most gorgeous coat I have ever seen, but lots of it! He will need regular brushing to keep him feeling and looking like a rock star. He was terrified of grooming, bathing and brushing when he first came here but he now seems to kind of like it a little bit (the brushing at least) because you have your hands on him and he loves that! He is a scardy cat about new things but he is doing so well with being brave and learning to be a companion. He has not been tested with young children and since he is afraid of being chased and grabbed at, he may not be a good fit for them. He is good with the other dogs in his foster home. He is the cutest thing on earth, kind of looks like a cross between a racoon and a fox. Definitely has that wild animal look to him with his long tail and short legs. TY will take a little time to adjust to yet another move but if you are willing to be a gentle leader to him it won't take long at all. He loves people but is just afraid of new situations at first.
Ideal Home
TY may not be a good fit for young children as he is afraid of being chased and grabbed at.
Ongoing Health
All of his vet care has been updated including his neuter.
Training & Support
We cannot promise housebreaking. We would expect he will need supervision in the beginning until he learns the routine. TY will take a little time to adjust to yet another move but if you are willing to be a gentle leader to him it won't take long at all.
