Henry

Meet Henry! He's an eight-year-old Goldendoodle with a heart as big as his 75-pound frame. Henry is a wonderfully goofy boy who still thinks he's a lapdog, greeting everyone with a cheerful smile. He has excellent leash manners and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and give paw, having even received formal obedience training. When he's not out on neighborhood walks, Henry loves to relax with his favorite toys, enjoy a good chew, splash in water, go for car rides, and cuddle with his family. He's comfortable being left alone for short periods and thrives on a routine of meals, walks, and an early bedtime. Henry is great with kids and other dogs, though his experience with cats is unknown. While he can be a bit nervous around loud noises like fireworks and storms, he settles well in a calm environment.

Ideal Home

Henry would love a home that can accommodate his affectionate nature and perhaps his belief that he's a lapdog! A calm, reassuring environment is ideal, especially to help him feel secure during loud noises like fireworks and storms.

Ongoing Health

Henry has Addison's disease and is managed with one daily oral medication and a monthly cortisol injection. He also has a chicken allergy and follows a special diet. He is neutered, microchipped, house-trained, and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Henry has formal obedience training and knows basic commands. He is house-trained. He can get nervous around loud noises but settles well in a calm environment.
