Ragnar

Hi there! My name is Ragnar, and I'm a 3-year-and-5-month-old Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, weighing about 70 pounds of pure love. I was rescued from ESLR in Mexico, and ever since then, I've been ready to start my next chapter with a forever family! I'm a sweet, fun-loving, and affectionate boy in great health, and I've already been neutered. I absolutely love staying active - whether it's going for walks, runs, hikes, or playing a good game of tag. I usually get along well with most dogs I meet, though I haven't had much experience around cats yet. I'd also do best in a home without kiddos.

Ideal Home

I would thrive in an active home where I can have a daily "job," continue my training, and stay mentally and physically engaged. A doggie sibling would be great, but I'd also be perfectly happy being your one and only. I'd love someone who's home most of the time to keep me company. Homes with adults only are preferred.

Ongoing Health

I am in great health and have already been neutered.

Training & Support

I am fully potty trained and walk nicely on a leash. I'm crate-trained, too, but tend to howl a bit in the mornings when I'm ready to start my day. I can be a little unsure when new people approach too quickly, so I'd love someone who can help advocate for me and give me time to feel comfortable in new situations. I would love to continue training with someone.
