Sam is a gorgeous 1-year-old Corgi mix with striking merle markings and one bright blue eye! His unique look is topped off with a long tail that has a cute white tip. Sam came to us as a stray from Kentucky and is ready to find his forever family. He's a bit shy at first and needs a patient home where he can feel safe and comfortable. He's afraid of being chased or grabbed, so he'd likely do best in a home without small children. Once he feels secure, Sam blossoms into a loving companion who will shower you with affection! He seems to be making up for lost time, eager to learn what it means to be a cherished family member. While he coexists with the dogs in his foster home, he's more interested in human companionship. He'll start by observing from a distance, but once he trusts you, his heart is all yours.

Ideal Home

A patient and gentle home where Sam can take his time to adjust. He would do best in a home without small children due to his fear of being chased or grabbed.

Sam's vet care is all up to date, including his neuter.

Training & Support

Housebreaking is not guaranteed, and Sam will likely need supervision and consistent routine to learn his new home. With gentle guidance and positive reinforcement, Sam is eager to learn and become a wonderful family member.
