About Honey Pot (adoption fee 100)

Honey Pot is as sweet as they come! This beautiful 7-month-old Australian Shepherd mix weighs about 40 pounds and has the most gorgeous honey-colored coat to match her gentle personality. Honey Pot was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter, but now she's getting a second chance and is ready to find the loving family she's always deserved. She is a kind, submissive girl who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, happy to let someone else be the leader. She loves people too, though she may be a little shy when meeting someone new. Give her a little patience and kindness, and she'll quickly become your loyal, affectionate companion. Honey Pot has done well with children, has shown no issues with cats, and simply ignores livestock, making her a great fit for a variety of homes. At around seven months old, Honey Pot is still a puppy with plenty of playful moments ahead, but she also has a calm, gentle nature that makes her a joy to be around. Whether she's joining you for an adventure or relaxing by your side after a long day, Honey Pot will be happiest knowing she's finally safe and loved. If you're looking for a sweet, beautiful girl with a grateful heart and so much love to give, Honey Pot is waiting to meet you.

Ideal Home

Honey Pot would thrive in a home that can offer her patience and kindness, especially during introductions to new people. She's done well with children, cats, and livestock, indicating a versatile suitability for various family dynamics.

Ongoing Health

Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.

Training & Support

Honey Pot can be a little shy when meeting new people. Patience and kindness will help her warm up and become a loyal companion.
