Meet Ozzwald!

This sweet 5-month-old, 32-pound pup is a true testament to the power of a loving home. Ozzwald found himself in a terrifying situation, on the euthanasia list at a local shelter simply because he was too scared to walk on a leash. Thankfully, he was rescued just in the nick of time by a wonderful foster family. Now safe and sound, Ozzwald is blossoming, revealing his true sweet, loving, and goofy personality. He has the cutest puppy face, soft fur, and a way of making everyone smile.

Ideal Home

Ozzwald would absolutely thrive in a home with another playful dog, as canine companionship helps him build confidence and come out of his shell. He also enjoys the children in his foster home. Patience and a commitment to continuing his socialization, training, and confidence-building are essential for this special boy.

Ozzwald is healthy and ready to find his forever family.

Training & Support

Ozzwald is doing great with potty and kennel training and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He also rides well in the car. While he can be a little shy initially, his loving and silly nature shines through once he feels safe. He will need a family dedicated to continuing his socialization and confidence-building journey.
