Willow is a sensitive, shy Doberman Pinscher mix who is looking for the patient, loving home she deserves. After being used for breeding and abandoned in the cold, she is now safe in foster care and making steady progress as she learns to trust again.

Once Willow feels comfortable, she is affectionate, cuddly, and eager for pets and snuggles. She has formed a special bond with her foster mom and is gradually becoming more relaxed and confident in the home.

Willow absolutely adores other dogs and relies on canine companions for comfort and confidence. She must have another friendly, confident dog in her adoptive home.

She would do best with patient, understanding adopters who will let her move at her own pace and provide gentle guidance, consistency, and plenty of love. A home with adults or respectful teenage children who understand her need for space would be ideal.
