COCO

Coco is an affectionate and observant 8-year-old, 17lb Italian Greyhound / Chihuahua mix who is happiest in a calm, predictable environment where he can form a strong bond with one or two people. He picks up routines quickly and thrives with structure and consistency. As he settles, his lighter side emerges with bursts of playfulness and curiosity. He's best suited to a quiet home where someone is present most of the time, and he is not a fit for a busy, rotating household.

Ideal Home

Coco would do best in a quiet, adult-only home with no other pets and no children. He is not suited for a busy or unpredictable household.

Ongoing Health

Coco is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Coco is housetrained and can be left alone for a few hours, though he may whine or bark for a few minutes before settling. He is still building confidence with car rides and will need continued patience and gradual, positive exposure. While he is improving with leash walking and can be initially cautious and bark at some dogs on walks, redirection and distraction help him move past it. He can be cautious with new people but warms up quickly with reassurance and treats.
