Gucci

Gucci is a sweet and sassy Poodle mix who weighs about 12 lbs and was born around May 7, 2022. She was transferred to us from another shelter and is a medium energy girl looking for her forever home. Gucci is a low-shedding, hypoallergenic-type dog, which may make her a good fit for some people with allergies.

Ideal Home

Gucci would do well in any home capable of keeping up with her grooming needs. Apartments are okay for her. A fenced yard is preferred.

Ongoing Health

Gucci will require frequent grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best.

Training & Support

As with any adopted pet, Gucci will need to be potty-trained and learn house manners, though this is not always the case.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 100-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.
• You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.
• Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.
• Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). The introductions will take place outside in our parking lot (or in our cat room if you're meeting cats).
• We will perform vet checks for current and prior pets in the household.
• Finalizing the adoption will also be scheduled by appointment.

Transportation

Gucci is located at our shelter in Warren, Michigan. Transport may be available to approved adopters within a 100-mile radius of the shelter.
