Winston

Winston is a 2-year-old Bulldog Mix who weighs 56 lbs. He's a smart, alpha male who knows his basic commands and has even learned to wait patiently in his kennel for his meals. Winston loves his walks, which help manage his energetic "teenager" spirit.

Ideal Home

Winston would thrive in a home with adults only, and without young children or other dogs. The only exception for another dog would be a single female dog of similar breed and size, provided their meeting goes smoothly. He also needs a home that doesn't require frequent car travel, as he experiences significant anxiety in the car, which is partly due to medical reasons.

Ongoing Health

Winston's car anxiety is a significant health and behavioral concern. He required medication to be able to travel to his recent alteration surgery. As with all bulldogs, proof of insurance is required at adoption.

Training & Support

Winston can be possessive of his toys and may get anxious if you try to take them away before he's ready. Consistent guidance and understanding of his needs will be key to his success.
