Meet Sadie!

Sadie is a spirited and loyal almost three-year-old Siberian Husky/German Shepherd mix with expressive eyes and a heart full of love. Her gorgeous gray and tan coat hints at her adventurous spirit. Sadie is the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle, loves long walks, hikes, and especially playing fetch! While she might take a moment to warm up to new people, once she trusts you, she'll greet you with a wagging tail and a big grin. She's a smart, responsive girl who knows basic commands and walks beautifully on leash, always ready for a new adventure with her favorite humans.

Ideal Home

Sadie would love an active home where she can go on daily walks and play fetch. She needs to be the only pet in her home, as she is selective with other animals and can be unsure around highly playful or reactive dogs. She has done wonderfully with children ages 3 to 9.

Sadie is a healthy girl.

Training & Support

Sadie is crate trained, house-trained, and food motivated. She thrives on a structured routine. While she's generally great with potty breaks, a rainy day might cause a temporary slip. She is still learning the nuances of dog play and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement and patience as she develops her social skills. She can be unsure around new people, but treats and toys are a great way to build trust!
