Rummy

Rummy is a sweet female puppy who, along with her littermates, was found as a stray with her mother. Sadly, no one came to claim them, so they are now looking for their forever homes! Rummy is up-to-date on her vaccinations, microchipped with lifetime registration, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, as well as worming. If adopted before she is 4 months old, she will be unaltered with a contract requiring spay/neuter by 6 months of age at the adopter's financial responsibility.

Ideal Home

Rummy would do well in a home where she can get all the attention she deserves! She has been noted to get along with cats, and has also shown to be good with children under 8. Her interactions with children 8 and up are unknown.

Ongoing Health

Rummy is up-to-date on her vaccinations and preventative care. If adopted before 4 months of age, she will require spay/neuter surgery by 6 months of age, at the adopter's expense.

Training & Support

Rummy is not yet house-trained. We encourage adopters to continue with positive reinforcement training to help her learn and grow.

Transporation

Rummy is currently being fostered in Texas but is available with transport included to Staunton, VA. We work with trusted rescue transports that prioritize the safety and comfort of the animals, providing regular updates throughout the journey.
