Prancer

Prancer is a handsome 4-year-old, 81-pound Yellow Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake Retriever mix. He was surrendered with his brother, Blitzen, from a home where they were good with children and dogs. Their previous owners turned them in because the dogs would jump a 5-6 foot chain-link fence. We have found remedies for this, and Prancer has not jumped over our fences. He is a friendly, active, and playful dog who is ready to find his forever family.

Ideal Home

Prancer would thrive in an active home. While he was previously good with kids and dogs, he has a history of jumping fences, so a home that can provide appropriate containment and management for this behavior is essential.

Ongoing Health

Prancer is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He has been wormed, bathed, and socialized. All medical records will be provided at the time of adoption.

Training & Support

Prancer has a history of jumping fences, so this is a behavior that will need to be managed in his new home. A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption.

• Most appointments are Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm, for an hour.
• Please bring any other dogs and the entire family to your meet and greet.
