Meet Shelia Nelson. Shelia Nelson is from Ohio and breeds Golden Retrievers. I was born and raised in Ohio but I have lived in Wasilla Alaska for the last 21 years. I just recently moved back to Ohio and I'm still trying to establish myself here so I currently don't have my website set up yet. I try to breed my dogs for good temperament, health, and of agility. Many of my buyers from Alaska were repeat buyers or referrals from buyers. I still stay in contact with a good number of them so I can know about their health and adventures through their lives. I enjoy getting pictures from them. The fire chief in Wasilla, Ak bought a pup from me 7 yrs ago and came back to buy another pup from me 2 yrs later. He contacted me recently saying he didn't care where I moved to, when it's time to get another golden retriever pup, he will be looking me up! Smartest dogs he's ever owned. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder.
