It's evident he and his family hadn't had many positive human interactions before, but Charlie has bravely learned to trust, feel safe, and open up his wonderful personality. He's playful, sweet, and gentle, and he's just discovering how much fun toys, treats, and affection can be. Watching his personality blossom has been incredibly rewarding, and now he's ready for the loving and secure home he truly deserves.
