Patty

Hi there! I'm Patty, a sweet, curious, and energetic puppy who is ready to find my forever family! My foster mom loves my heart-shaped nose and my short little tail – even though it's a bit shorter than most, my personality is definitely not! I came all the way from Texas and now that it's chilly, I love to snuggle up in a warm blanket next to my people. I sleep quietly in my kennel at night and I'm doing a great job with potty training with frequent breaks. I'm eager to learn and would love someone to teach me how to be polite and master this whole leash-walking thing. I'm motivated by treats and really want to do the right thing, so I'm hoping you can help me! As a puppy, I enjoy playing with toys, especially bones and chew toys. I also love a good game of fetch, although I sometimes make my foster mom go get the ball! I'm still learning not to jump up when I greet people, but I promise I only want to give you kisses and let you know I'm excited to see you. I've met people of all ages, including little ones, and I adore everyone! I've also met a cat who seems to like me, and I think we'll become great friends. I've met some big dogs and I'm learning from them, including when it's time to take a break from playing and enjoy my toys. I love to run and chase them around the yard, and they seem to enjoy my company too. I'm looking for someone who can see past my initial shyness and recognize the amazing pup I am!

Ideal Home

Someone who can see past my timidness and continue to teach me manners. I would love someone to take me on walks and snuggle with me.

Training & Support

I'm working on potty training and walking on a leash, and I'm still learning not to jump up when greeting people. I respond well to positive reinforcement and lots of love!
